The FPAN Archaeology Lab is open to volunteers throughout the year. Volunteers help rough sort artifacts recovered from local archaeological sites. No experience is needed, but all volunteers are given a brief orientation by a professional archaeologist on their first day. Please note: we will be limiting the number of individuals in our lab for health and safety reasons during the Fall 2024 semester. For this reason, we will continue to use an RSVP system. If you would like to join us, e-mail northwest@fpan.us with your desired date and time for volunteering. While in the Lab, volunteers are strongly recommended to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and follow all CDC recommendations.
